Management Team

Mr Uttam Shinde

A seasoned Mechanical Engineer and first‑generation entrepreneur, he possesses over 15 years of expertise in precision manufacturing, tool room, and die shop operations gained at Mahindra & Mahindra. Having undergone specialized CNC machining training in Japan and successfully commissioned advanced CNC systems, he now leverages his deep technical knowledge to drive innovation in the development and manufacturing of FRP, plastic, metal fabrication and molded foam components.

Mr Sanket Shinde

A Mechanical Engineer with an MBA in Finance and a second‑generation entrepreneur, he oversees end‑to‑end production and operations at Pramod Fibre. Previously, he worked as a Project Manager at Koso India, a global leader in industrial valves and allied technologies. With proven experience in scaling custom product development from prototyping to serial production by aligning design, tooling, and manufacturing processes, he is focused on expanding Pramod Fibre’s portfolio of engineered composite, plastic & fabrication solutions to serve global OEMs.
