We believe quality management is the key to success in today’s competitive world and helps in adding value to our customers. All our manufacturing facilities are ISO 9001:2015 certified. We have set standards and procedures for almost everything that we do and all procedures are communicated throughout organization. To improve product quality, we conduct brain storming sessions by involving employees throughout hierarchy. Any type of customer complaint and feedback is taken with highest priority and is quickly resolved in lowest time along with suitable corrective action with horizontal deployment. The results are then monitored throughout the order cycle. We also conduct regular supplier audits and monitor their quality performance to ensure that all components are manufactured as per our customer’s standards and specifications. We also implement continual improvement programs to improve our product quality. For this we perform Kaizens and Poka Yoke. We encourage all of our employees to engage in continuous improvement on daily basis through DSI and DSA.
In our quest to continually improve quality, we are conducting drives to minimize or eliminate seven types of manufacturing waste. We are also maintaining good on time delivery record for supply to our customers.
Our manufacturing processes are complying with APQP4Wind and IATF 16949:2016 standards.
We also have well equipped in-house quality laboratory to ensure that our products are complying required customer quality standards.
